*The Membership Plan is NOT dental insurance and CANNOT be used in conjunction with ANY dental insurance plan or with ANY other discounts, including all 3d party financing. There are no refunds with the plan. The plan runs for one year from the date you sign up. Full payment of membership required. These benefits are ONLY for the plan period of 12 months on effective date. Cannot be utilized in hospital care settings. Not used in conjunction with dental care covered under automobile or accidental insurance coverage, or injuries covered under workmen’s compensation policies or sedation care.

The decor was magical, office was clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive, great experience and so glad I found Tooth Story for my kids’ dental needs! I was nervous having both young (3yo, 1yo) children scheduled for teeth cleaning in one visit so my husband came along to help, but there is a neat little play area set up next to the exam chairs so my daughter could play within eyesight while her brother got his teeth cleaned. I feel like they’ve really thought of everything to create a fun and relaxing experience for both children and parents (a Keurig in the waiting room - yes please!) When we ran into issues, the office took feedbacks and address the issues right away. We had such a great first time experience, we had been looking for a new Dentist home as our last one no longer excepted our insurance we were greeted pleasantly as we entered the building. My daughter had a great experience with the Dr and Assistant. They even gave me roses for Mother’s Day. I would recommend this dental office to anyone with young kids. It was a great experience.
