There are no refunds with the plan. The plan runs for one year from the date you sign up. Full payment of membership required. These benefits are ONLY for the plan period of 12 months on effective date. Cannot be utilized in hospital care settings. Not used in conjunction with dental care covered under automobile or accidental insurance coverage, or injuries covered under workmen’s compensation policies or sedation care.
