Children with physical, developmental, sensory, or medical complexities deserve a dental team that takes the extra time to understand them. At Tooth Story Pediatric Dental in Grapevine, Dr. Ramolia and our team are experienced in working with a wide range of special needs so every child receives the care they need in an environment built for them.
Before any clinical work, we take time to learn about your child. We ask about their diagnosis, sensory sensitivities, behavioral patterns, and what has or has not worked at past dental visits so we can tailor the experience from the start.
Based on what we learn, Dr. Ramolia designs the visit around your child’s needs. That may mean shorter appointments, visual schedules, modified positioning, sedation, or simply extra time and a slower pace. We do not rush.
Building familiarity and trust takes more than one visit. We document what works for your child and carry that knowledge forward every time they come in. Consistency with the same team makes a real difference over time.
Dr. Ramolia has the training and temperament to care for children whose needs go beyond routine dentistry. At Tooth Story Pediatric Dental, we offer oral conscious sedation, in-office general anesthesia, and hospital-based care under GA for children who need the highest level of support. We take the extra time that complex cases require and never make families feel rushed. Our Grapevine office is a judgment-free environment where your child is seen as a whole person. For many families of children with special needs, finding a dental home that truly understands their child is the hardest part. We make that search end here.

The decor was magical, office was clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive, great experience and so glad I found Tooth Story for my kids’ dental needs! I was nervous having both young (3yo, 1yo) children scheduled for teeth cleaning in one visit so my husband came along to help, but there is a neat little play area set up next to the exam chairs so my daughter could play within eyesight while her brother got his teeth cleaned. I feel like they’ve really thought of everything to create a fun and relaxing experience for both children and parents (a Keurig in the waiting room - yes please!) I’m looking forward to our next appointment and more importantly my kids are too!Posted on Google Kiley NTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Communication, standards, patience and care are out of this world.
